Factors that influence audio issues

Factor Speaker issues Possible solution
Audio If you cannot hear other participants Ensure that your speak is turned on
Allow video integration all permissions and access to your speakers
Try using earphones
Restart your device
Refresh the browser, rejoin the call.
Microphone If you cannot speak Ensure the microphone is not on mute.
If you see the muted Audio  icon in the meeting controls, tap it to unmute
Allow video integration all permissions and access to your microphone
Ensure that ADPList has access to your device
Ensure that no other application is using the microphone at the same time
