Why not work with us?
Few reasons why it might not be the right fit for you.
- We don’t believe in work-life balance. Rather than traditional work-life balance, we embrace work-life integration. We seek work that's engaging and energizing—challenging projects that don't feel like a chore. When you're passionate about what you do, work becomes naturally rewarding.
- We have very high standards. We care deeply about our customers, our branding, and building good processes. Mediocre quality is not acceptable—it will only create more work if you don't meet our standards.
- We are extremely obsessed. We go deep on problem-solving—sometimes at the expense of sleep, comfort, or conventional pacing. If a problem has our name on it, we won’t stop until it’s cracked.
- We communicate straight. When we see something that needs to be addressed, we speak up. We don't waste time sugar-coating feedback—we value clear, straightforward communication. We expect all team members to be transparent and bring up issues openly.
- We care deeply about craftsmanship. We're not just here to ship fast—we’re here to ship well. Details matter. From code to copy, we sweat the small stuff because it all adds up. Sloppy work gets reworked. Beautiful, thoughtful execution is the standard.
- We’re strong believers in AI. If we can build an agent to replace ourselves, we will. The upside of betting on AI and failing is greater than ignoring it and falling behind. This approach may lead to unconventional workflows, a longer adjustment period, and higher technical complexity—but it's a tradeoff we're willing to make.
- We are really hardcore. We don’t shy away from hard things. Whether it’s long hours, radical pivots, or uncomfortable truths, we show up with grit, intensity, and commitment. This isn’t for everyone—and that’s the point.
We hire people who gives a shit their work:
- What people say is overoptimism is just optimism.
- What people say is overcommunicating is just communicating.
- What people say is overdelivering is just delivering.
- What people say is micromanagement is just management.
- What people say is ruthless prioritization is just prioritization.
