At ADPList, user Trust is our Top priority and that includes data privacy and security Maintaining ADPList community Trust is an ongoing commitment. We strive to inform you of the privacy and data security policies, practices and technologies that we put in place. When you use our services, you’re trusting us with your information. We understand this is a big responsibility and work hard to protect your information and put you in control. These commitment and principles is meant to help you understand what information your data is collected, stored and how you can update, manage, export, and delete your information.

ADPList Commitment to our users

Access and accountability

• As a member of our community , you maintain full control of your information and content that you upload to ADPList and its related services and are responsible for configuring access.
• When providing calendar access to ADPList, ADPList will only be able to see when you have appointments to read for calendar conflicts but not what those appointments entail and will not have access to personal information relating to those appointments
• We provide an advanced set of access, logging in features to help you do this effectively [ Eg: https://app.adplist.org/dashboard/settings/login-and-security]
• We do not access or use your content for any purpose without your agreement.
• We never use your content or derive information from it for marketing or advertising purposes.
• We take the necessary steps to ensure that personal data that is not pertinent to maintaining services are rectified without delay

Disclosure

• We will not disclose customer content unless we're required to do so to comply with the law or a binding order of a government body
• We will not move or replicate your content outside without your agreement, except as necessary to comply with the law or a binding order of a governmental body.
• We provide a third party disclosure agreement [3PA] act should you require your company to authorize ADPList as an approved party to access your calendar information. The form can be found here

Private and Secure

• ADPList commits to abide by best practices for global privacy and data protection such as GDPR, CCPA, PDPA to help you make the best use of our platform and community.
• We regularly review our policy and commitment and make sure that we process your information in ways that comply with it.
• We take measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
• We also enforce technical and administrative access controls to limit which of our employees have access to nonpublic personal information.
• While no organization can guarantee perfect security, we are continuously implementing and updating administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration.
