Meetup organizers are granted Manager access on the registration page, which enables you full access to see the guest list, communicate with guests (before, during, and after the meetup), and make changes to the meetup (as needed). We bestow a lot of trust in this process and expect all meetup organizers to be good stewards of the community and adhere to these policies carefully.

✊ Uphold the Community Guidelines

All members of the ADPList community are expected to uphold the Community Guidelines. These apply to all activity on ADPList.org as well as all in-person meetups and events. We have a zero tolerance policy for violations. Meetup organizers will be held to the same standard.

🛡️ Protect Member Privacy

As a meetup organizer, you are indirectly granted access to privileged information, including a list of many ADPeople in your area and their contact information. This information must be handled with care. Under no circumstances are meetup organizers allowed to download or distribute this information and utilize it for their own (or others’) personal or promotional purposes. This directly violates our Community Guidelines and will result in immediate suspension from the community.

Fortunately, we have had zero reports to-date of this information being abused. Should any meetup organizers violate this trust, ADPList HQ reserves the right to make necessary changes to ensure the safety of our community.

Thank you!
