Introduction

Welcome to Mentorship Hub, an intuitive tool for creating and organizing your knowledge base and resources for mentorship. I’ve added some examples that I’ve used in my mentorship journey; and you can easily create, edit and manage everything to consolidate all your knowledge for your mentorship journey in one place.

With this Hub, you can easily organise your knowledge of the various categories, log your insights, and keep track of your mentees & mentorship sessions.

I’ve included instructions throughout the template in call out blocks like these to help you make this template your own. Some helpful prompts and resources have also been included for you. Feel free to delete these call out blocks once you’ve gotten familiar with using this template.

This template was loosely adapted from the Course Creator created by Notion4Teachers.

Hover over any date on the calendar - at the left hand corner you’ll see a + to add a new mentee session.
Select the Mentee whom you wish to link the mentorship session to (you can link multiple mentorship sessions to each mentee).
Fill up the card with any information you think might be important. Some prompts have been included for you!
Need to change the date of a rescheduled session? No problem! Simply click and drag the card to any other date.

I’m Ruth, the Strategic Communications Lead at an edtech, a mom of two and an ADPList Mentor. In my role, I collaborate closely with various teams to craft clear, concise copy that addresses the needs of different stakeholders.
