The ADPList Slack Mentorship Community is a professional space where ADPList mentors can gather, connect, and learn without fear of harassment, prejudice, or discrimination. To that end, we enforce the following rules, and by joining this community you agree to adhere to these rules or face removal from the community.

First, we adhere to a code of conduct as members of the ADPList community and team.

This code of conduct ensures that our purpose is embedded in every interaction.

  1. Respectful – we respect the time, energy and effort the community has put into ADPList; our interactions should reflect that.
  2. Grateful – we are thankful for the act of paying it forward, that we are able to learn and grow from the lessons and experiences of others.
  3. Reciprocity – we will repay energy and effort in kind, by turning up, being present, and being our best selves.

In this community, we encourage a pay-it-forward mentality. What does this look like in practice? Simply put, aim to give more than you take. If you ask for help, advice, or promoting an upcoming event or project you have launched, think about how you can also give back to someone else that has posted. Simply put, this is probably not the community for you if want simply wish to show up, post your promo, and leave.

No spammy behavior

We are working hard to cultivate a community of engagement and transformation over transaction. To that end, you may not constantly promote your own business/podcast/etc. Right now, we are limiting promotional posts per person to 1 per month, unless it is an event or meetup.

If you do post a promotion, we ask you give something back in return (can you help answer a question, comment on someones post?). Additionally, **only approved channels are for promotion.

What can you post?**
