You'll be the first and only founding engineer, working directly with the CEO to architect and ship ADPList's AI future. This isn't a "build features on a roadmap" role. This is a "define the roadmap, then build it" role.
You'll own the full stack: from the model layer to the product surface. You'll decide what to build, how to build it, and when to ship it. You'll move fast, ship daily, and hold yourself to a standard of craft that makes every interaction feel inevitable.
30 days: Codebase mastery + AI mentor project prototype (more about this if we chat). Establishes credibility and velocity.
**60 days:**AI mentor project (more about this if we chat) live in production + infrastructure decisions made. Real users, real value. Platform architecture solidified. The AI future is tangible.
Beyond 90 days: Agentic expert/mentors emerging
