🛶 Overview

1. Meetup Organizer (that’s you!) must be a member of ADPList
2. ADPList HQ confirms whether there are enough local ADPeople for a successful meetup
3. Meetup Organizer (that’s you!) plans the details for the meetup (date, time, location, etc.)
4. Meetup Organizer (that’s you!) submits all of the meetup details via this form
5. ADPList HQ confirms the meetup details and creates the registration on Luma
6. ADPList HQ promotes the meetup and invites local ADPeople to register
7. Meetup Organizer (that’s you!) hosts the meetup and shares feedback and photos with HQ!

🐛 Step-by-Step

1. [Meetup Organizer] Check if your city has a sufficient number of ADPeople in your area using this spreadsheet. We look for 150+ ADPeople within your city or region. If your city isn't listed, send an email to ADPList HQ ([email protected]) and we’ll look into this for you!

2. [Meetup Organizer] If your city meets the ADPeople threshold, it's time to start planning your meetup! Begin by selecting a date, time, location, and desired turnout for your meetup.

   • Date & Time: Choose a convenient date and time that works for you!
   • Location: Choose a location that is accessible and has free admission.
   • Desired Turnout: Set a target for how many people you want to attend.

3. [Meetup Organizer] Once the date, time, location, and desired turnout are finalized, complete this form. You can expect a response from ADPList HQ within 1 week!

4. ADPList HQ will create a registration page for your meetup on Luma so that we may promote the meetup and facilitate registrations. You will be granted Manager-level access on the Luma registration so that you may manage the guest list and waitlist.
